A Study on HRM Practices and Its Implication on Employees Performance in Apollo Hospital

The purpose of this paper is to test alternative conceptualizations of the relationship between systems of human resource management (HRM) practices and organizational effectiveness. HRM is a series of integrated decisions that form the employment relationship their quality contributes to the ability of the organization and the employees to achieve their objectives. The authors describe a framework suggesting a complex relationship between HRM practices and organizational effectiveness, test this approach empirically in a small sample of Apollo Hospitals, and compare the results to those derived using other approaches prevalent in the strategic HRM literature.
