Adversity Quotient: Curbing Employee Attrition Rate by building Employee Resilience

This paper aims to study the key drivers of attrition and create awareness about AQ which helps to develop resilience in employees there by reducing the attrition rate in organizations. A reduction in the number of employees through retirement, resignation or death denotes the percentage change in the labour force of an organization.
